1960 EDSEL RANGER CONVERTIBLE #4 Condition. This is a recent barn fresh authentic, original, correct 1960 Convertible. NOT A KNOCK-OFF. This new discovery has been authenticated by Phil Skinner, the foremost recognized Edsel expert. Please see his letter on the history of this 1960 Edsel Convertible. This beautiful Edsel has just had a complete ground up restoration. Over $40,000.00 was spent, and no cost spared, by this very particular and wealthy business man. #1- Condition
Very rare promotional Junior Edsel given by a few Edsel dealers who gave each person who tried out an Edsel a ticket with a chance to win the Youngstar Edsel in a drawing. It has a top speed of 5 miles per hour. I have been told that only five exist, I only know of two. I believe that this is in the best condition. The last one to be purchased, was several years ago, it was all apart, and reportedly it was sold for $7,000.00 and needing complete restoration.
